The next James Bond movie has excited Gujarat tourism industry. The James Bond movie starring Daniel Craig will shoot in Gujarat that will boost tourism industry.
The unnamed film currently being called Bond 23 will be filmed in several parts of India including Gujarat. There would a action scene shot in Konkan Railways at Sabarmati. Another place being considered is a small town Navagam near Ahmedabad that has Torrent Power limited, ONGC and IOC installations. According to some media reports these installations will play a major part in the movie.
The next James Bond movie will give Gujarat tourism ministry a great chance to promote state around the world. The movie will be watched was people around the world that could potentially increase some interest towards Gujarat.
Although there is some hurdle for the film in Gujarat. Western Railways is not keen to give extremely busy rail line in Gujarat to the producer for shooting. However production is confident to solve out the issue with possible alternative railway line.
